Included as Standard

  • Standard basing is included in all ZPAINTS painting commissions.
  • OSL / lighting effects are included within Enhanced and are not charged separately.
  • Completely bespoke basing — custom-built diorama bases, extensive sculpting, architectural scenery or highly specialised scenic construction — may be quoted separately.

General Pricing Notes

  • Prices are starting prices unless otherwise stated — final pricing may vary depending on model complexity, condition, assembly requirements and requested modifications.
  • Base size provides a starting point, but model type and workload take priority where appropriate.
  • Scenic bases do not automatically move a model into a higher category.
  • Standard basing is included; OSL is included within Enhanced.
  • Large or exceptionally detailed models may require an individual quotation.
  • Custom conversions, sculpting and extensive kitbashing are quoted separately.
  • Kit costs, postage, specialist materials and other third-party costs are not included in painting prices unless specifically stated.
  • Bundle pricing is available for larger commissions — Enhanced always remains the higher-priced tier.

Payment Terms

  • Painting: 50% non-refundable deposit required to begin the commission.
  • Remaining balance: due before dispatch or collection.
  • Kits, parts, assembly and other agreed upfront costs: payable in advance where applicable.
  • Shipping: charged separately where applicable.
  • International commissions: shipping, currency conversion/payment fees and other unavoidable costs may be quoted separately.
